They'll get the money for one simple reason....they themselves ARE THE DEEP POCKETS! It's simply a question of who gets in and how much do they get. Then, they've got to go find the oil. My understanding is that they want to structure a 4 well program so they are taking the time to go through everything with a fine tooth comb! At least I hope that is the case! I believe it is!
