Ok got his one marked and made a not on my calendar so it will remind me of this day a year from now.

You stated GDSM will have no revenue for 2014/15. Wrong they are already bringing in revenue . So perhaps a statement that they won't make nay profit for 2014 might ne correct but not that they will not bring in any revenue. 2015 can't even be included as we are not even near that yet.

It hasn't taken two yrs for the audits as they were only said that they would be put out approx. 9 months ago so stating two yrs. isn't even qualified as it never was indicated two yrs ago that this would be done.

Bankruptcy. Not even close to that. GDSM could easily just issue more shares if the ran out. Not what anyone would want but it definitely would make BK out of the question.

The 900 members you keep referring to are not the primary source for income for GDSM nor are the advertisers. With over 200 people a day visiting the 420 Concept store If we sell any on MJ-Xchange that is a bonus also.
