Calling the Transfer Agent is a waste of time. Battis has sold and given away hundreds of millions of shares via stock certificates to private investors and has not updated the true amount outstanding in years. That info is so a skew that the amount of shares outstanding is more than likely double what the transfer agent shows. Best not to believe anything this company has posted anywhere as it always has the makings of Battis and his corrupt ways twisting and tweaking the facts in favor of making the company looking better than is actually true. When you are as desperate as Battis anything is possible and nothing should be trusted. Battis is a Loser, Liar and Manipulator. One of the many reasons why this company is failing and with him as CEO it always will be.
