Soon a mortgage will be applied for through the government. Similar to a student loan where missed payments result in wage and or tax refund garnishment. The next 3 – 5 years will decide the fate of a home loan…I’m scared.

F and F were victims not causes
F and F were greedy in that they bought and held what became low valued paper issued as private label MBS paper by competitors
F and F did not have a lot of capital for historical reasons
but F and F did not lose a ton of money because of GOV mandates to help some lower middle class people buy 100 homes
