Paulson filled the placement but holders are usually savvy and looking out for their own best interests. Those involved in the placement who are Paulson clients should be advised by Paulson of what is in their best interest, not Cytodyns. But we will see.

I haven't received a proxy yet. I'm going to vote against the split and the increases in compensation.
