Dividends... So Issue them to LVVV shareholders Hmmmm Maybe but Doubtful though to say the least... I would rather all that Money and Value stay with LVVV as it is now.... The conversion and all would increase Livewires ownership and make a better currency for takovers for LVVV
The usual reasoning of these super preferred is Protecting Companies from Takeover... Bob Corr gave them to LVVV and handed over the keys so.... Guess that didnt work out as many thought it would either.
