There is actually no need to convert those shares now though, since they could use them later on to fund an acquisition for APRU... Maybe buy a Dispensary operation somewhere?

$5 Million Dollars more left to convert and right now actually its around 20 Billion shares LVVV would get

and YES I would hope the Other debt would have been reduced before the deal as Promised or no deal would have been made it was just too high. I believe Bill worked the best possible deal that could be worked.

And I Agree Previous shareholders are in MUCH better hands Owned by Livewire than Ran by Corr No doubt.... That does not speak for value though in the least... Nor is it the question APRU had been Plundered ridden hard and put away wet. There is really not much value left for older shareholders to say the least.... this has been proved by the share price.

as far as what APRU is worth per share and all that I dont care a single bit All I have Ever cared about here that LVVV is Given what is LVVV's...

Anyone can look at the posts and see I tried 3 ways to prove ownership of Super preferred with links and all and Everything is acted out as if its not true and pumpers just try and waste time asking for reposting info etc.

Like I say APRU Price is Irrelevant ANYTHING here shows a minimum of 1.6 million on the bottom line of LVVV and $5 Million Minimum To be paid out through the Super Preferreds A GREAT Deal!

In the end Yes I am happy about the deal although shareholders from when it was announced have lost almost all their money 90+%
