Elichen what they are saying it has no euphoric effect when injected directly into the blood because the body's digestion proteolytic enzyme trypsin is needed to digest the protein and free the opioid component of their ProDrug.
It is too funny because any street junkie can dissolve the ProDrug in a proteolytic solution for a few hrs or overnight to digest the protein and free up the opioid. BTW unpasteurized Pineapple juice (bromelain) would also work or any other natural proteolytic such as papain.
