ARRIS formerly Motorola Mobility uses a 3rd party Ad Insertion vendor for there TV anywhere platform that they sell to service providers. When I negotiated the deal I did the dd on the vendor they were using, I can't recall the name but it was a very small ad insertion software company. It was part of an $8M dollar proposal and the company I was working for was considered a small service provider, around 60-70K subscribers. This was 2 years ago.
