Haze, What will happen with all the dilution concerns now that the S-3 has been cancelled by TRTC?

What makes it a bad thing that TRTC has decided not to raise the funds utilizing the S-3 ?

What will happen if TRTC can raise the needed capital without issuing millions and millions of new shares?

Could it be that TRTC management has found a way to fund the capital expenditures without hurting shareholders value?

The jury is out.....would it not be wise to wait for the verdict?

Or am I just as clueless as usual?
