#31368 RE: Pasta #31367

Glad to see you posting here Handsome (Pasta, blond Pasta or sum thin)!

I have some data (on that indignant claim of mine, and accusation of yours:). Akin to Semiconductor Industry Association being a damn bunch of bribe generating lobbyists).

We're behind the curve with the SIA with their BS and ____king lobbying blitz. Got a short report here, cause I got some family needs I got to attend to. Backing a stock that's dropped ain't cutting it with the Boss:)!

Yeah Pasta, on the bitching and griping by the Semiconductor Industry Association on us not measuring up, this data is from Janice Meraghlia's public presentation on the Mil-Spec for marking survivability we exceed (we do, can't blow off, burn off/flame off, wash off or fart this shit off:). For shits and grins here's a link to the overall Mil-Spec on marking of Gov'ment Equipment <Link I Promised, HERE>

Following data holds the Environmental Survivability Tests for labeling Mil-Spec parts SigNature DNA was tested on and exceeded all survivability requirement(tested on metal, ceramic and epoxy surfaces). AHHH, nobody exceeds all requirements, but we did, AAAA NNNN DDDDD,SigNature DNA is non-conductive (screws that SIA notion right the ___ up).

Tell your congressional representatives to hit a LIKE button or sum zhit for support of us. Here's the spec (specifications) list.

•Thermal Cycle* – MIL-STD-883 TM 1010: 100 cycles, -65 to +150°C
•Thermal Shock* - MIL-STD-883 TM 1011: -65 to +125°C 15 cycles
•Unbiased HAST (Highly Accelerated Temperature/Humidity Stress Test)* –JESD22-A118, 130°C/85% RH (Relative Humidity); 100 hours
•Cyclic Moisture Resistance* – MIL-STD-883 TM 1004 (+25 - 65°C, -10°C); 100 cycles
•Resistance to Solvents MIL-STD-883 TM 2015
*These tests conducted by Silicon Cert Laboratories without applied voltage (item wasn't turned on).
[/quote]
•Simulated wave solder immerse in solder*; JESD22-B102E, Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5, at 245°C for 5 seconds
•Simulated solder reflow solder*; JESD22-B102E reflow at 260°C
•Ten X-ray exposures*; MIL-STD-883 TM 2012 Radiography

•Salt Atmosphere*; MIL-STD-883 TM 1009 Condition D, 35°C, 240 hours
•Resistance of Insulating Surfaces**ASTM D-257 07 Sample exceeded the measuring capability of the Megaohmeter. Surface Resistivity (./square) is greater than 5.24E+15;

•Outgas Testing***; ASTM E 595, Vacuum < 5x10-5 torr – 24hrs @125°C, DNA falls 30-80% below the rejection criteria

•Non nutrient for fungus****; MIL-STD-810G METHOD 508.6: Resistance to Fungus Test; all SigNature® DNA-embedded inks are NEGATIVE in 28 day test

•Ionizing radiation*****; MIL-STD-883 METHOD 1019.7: DNA survives RHA level H; radiation total dose 106 REMs (Roentgen Equivalent Man for you non-nuclear thermo physicists).

Nuff said, match any of these specs to the 5-year survivability quotient SmartWater has on it's bug spray for personal property.
