I remember the feds being concerned that sales outside the legal state could occur, a situation not able to be prevented if cash is deposited. The app contains certain data, including the bank and checking account number and address of the customer. In addition, the age of the customer is transmitted, in compliance with regulations.
The app can be customized to comply better than any conventional payment source, and that is its value.

We'll after reading some of the newer posters remarks I do have to say I see a few problems. First off I must say that I own a few million shares and have so for over a year so I too have come from .002 to over .08 and back to where we are now. I was a bank manager in the past and yes the bank secrecy act (BSA) is very serious so I'm not quite sure how mjpay gets around that? True a currency deposit is a currency deposit. Maybe Ed can explain how mjpay eases the governments mind. On the flip side of the coin, mjpay is not our only revenue generator.
Secondly the fact brought up by whitefish that we are not registered in California does concern me a bit.
I do believe that Ed has logical answers for these concerns but until we hear from him I think we have many red days ahead.
