Agreed... Those transferred warrants are still hitting the market w/ no end in sight. The fact mgmt STILL hasn't addressed that 8k speaks volumes.

it is very possible for isco to go down to .03-.04 , everything that can help and improve pps is at least a year away or longer , IND , this latest agreement get signed year from now if at all ,
