a reverse split is every stock holders nightmare...its value never holds, its as bad if not worse than dilution....this stock will plunge just from rumors of a stock reverse split.....i'm afraid nadar is very naive about this,,,,
a reverse s plit will not achieve his desires. it will only hurt those who held it for years but it might benefit new investors and nadar wants new investors.
a reverse split steals value from a stock, because the temptation to dilute is to great....he will get his nasdaq....than he will dilute.....this is legal robbery. and everyone on this board whose been holding shares will very much feel raped.
my 100,000 shares will turn into 12,000....if i'm lucky it will hold at four dollars...turning my 100,000 dollars into 48,000 dollars....nadar will get his nasdaq and dilute the shares further...making my 48,000 into 5000dollars....
the tell tale sign....stock starts dropping big time
