I did see this. Several times. And while I do not believe all the AS is destined for near term common stock, it can happen.

You asked for where it was stated about possible dilution, and I delivered.


I only hope they deliver on their generic posts about celebs and partnering opportunities. But the filing states Even additional AS may happen if the price goes down.
