Uh, you better squeeze in that audit and a few consistently profitable quarters between now and then. Or, are we saying that uplist is a long long long way out? Because, it is at least a year out if not more. You don't just waltz in, pay you money and boom get uplisted. You have to prove you belong on the higher boards.

Uplisting takes awhile, I think the earliest we can hope for is September or later with where we are at with it.
