So we have the following potential deals in the works:
-$200M+ Niger deal;
-a couple of $80M deals (solar if memory serves correctly);
-coffee exporting (I wonder what the profit margins would be on something like that);
-a potential rail deal (was that $500M?) if the farming industry picks up again;
-ongoing container rentals and sales;
-plus regular day to day business!!

Wow, this company looks to be in great shape!
