Dont get me wrong I have way way too much money caught up in PVEC, I was one of the first ones to get certs, but its odd to me to think you would let an "almost employee" own all of the code for your website (mind you the site does suck) (WP 3.9 just came out, maybe they legit had something happen ..) who knows all we can do right now is hope when the site is back up its awesome

I thought Kerry was no longer with PVE and there was something supposedly posted by her stating that she was incarcerated till 2016. WHAT IS THE TRUTH HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why would she tell you something so contradictory to information she posted yesterday?

I am told that the PVEC info has been removed from over yonder. This would be due to the fact that the sites and/or attached content has been deactivated. This is because Jason owns all of it. Not PVEC. With the exception of monies I (and that would be ME) paid Jason for his work, Jason was not paid a dime for all the work he provided the company. Well, there was an invoice paid for monies he took out of his own pocket in order to pay for the necessary equipment, software, registrations, etc., etc., of which he reinvested 4500.00 back into the company. But, other than that, the only money paid to Jason is money I have paid him out of my own pocket. The company has paid nothing. He has attempted to negotiate reimbursement and payment for his services to no avail. He has been beating his head against the proverbial brick wall with regard to this. Finally, he decided that enough is enough.

As I have I said, if you don't pay your electric bill, your electricity will be disconnected. If you don't fuel your vehicle, it will cease to run. If you don't pay your taxes, the IRS will start seizing your belongings or put you in jail even. Same concept if you don't pay for services provided you/your company.

Certs are still her main concern and getting people their money.

Kerry no longer works for PVEC. It's my understanding that she no longer has any involvement regarding the issuance of Series C stock certificates.

From her post it seems that negotiating the terms of her separation is her primary concern at this time.
