I understand that. My problem was with the characterization of his investments as contributions. I don't know about you, but I don't expect to get something of value that I can sell (which he appears to have done, as he is entitled to) for my contributions, earn 8-10% interest on them, and get an upfront payment in shares for making them.
Dr. Boniuk made investments. The fact that the company benefited greatly from does not make them contributions any more than any other investments in the company are contributions.
