Well "normally" the target would be .23 based on existing momentum (i.e. .13+.10=.23). But, as mentioned, that 10:45am volume came out of nowhere. So the MMs might just be squeezing and trapping, wash rinse repeat. There's never anything normal about NEWL's price action.

I use quotes because it;s NEWL...
