Without implying that Kim is lying, perhaps you could explain why he would tell us that the same milestone may be achieved as early as January but give us a more conservative timeline, which some are conceding to extend all the way to the end of August, or perhaps even more (there seems to be an explanaition or rather an excuse for everything)!
