That implies a follow-up PR in a few days telling us that the placer has been moved and is in operation. That will increase the odds of a reasonable JV deal.
If we can start production with the placer, become cash flow positive, we will drastically strengthen our position for the JV deal. No longer will we "need" the money the JV would provide. Although getting a deal done would speed things up considerably, it appears we are positioned to go it alone, it will just take a little more time.
