For long term holders waiting for the return to .30, .50 or even the old highs, this has been nothing but dead money. Plus or minus 3 or 4 cents from the offering price of .075 since November of 2012. I'm sure some people are thrilled with a 10 cent share price, but those waiting for a real increase in shareholder value have a longer wait in store. When the share price can break above and hold the .12 - .14 cent level, that would indicate a possible departure from the doldrums imo.
