At what price CAN LPC buy shares (even if they are not going to be needed in the immediate future)?

English is my first language, so I think I am being pretty clear.

Is there or is there not a discount to market price that LPC enjoys IF they directly invest in ELTP?

Am I asking this question wrong? I would just like to see the agreement clause that states it is at market price at the time of the funding.
