Looks like more action and no fluff. I can tell you these people have good legal help. Smells Like $$$$ to me. That is performance based compensation. Huge incentive for the BOD to produce. Let's see if they have the chops. Still looking for a run up in the next couple weeks. IMO.
One question Ryan - is it fairly common to see a CEO for a startup company with only a one year contract? Is this something for long term shareholders to be concerned about?
