I think at this point, if Petron doesn't quickly get to pumping more than 125BOD, and tries to utilize the S1, then this will likely drop very quickly to subs again. His best utilization of S1 will be as a credit line paid off by revs instead of conversions. If that begins to occur, then perhaps share price can begin to appreciate here. RS without production burns too many investors, IMO, any further dilution now will sink the ship.
He should have taken his foot off the dilution pedal and let this stock breathe months ago when investors were wanting a run, IMO. Still taking a wait and see approach here. Significant production alone is what turns this stock around. 8-10 BOPD isn't going to get it done. The last PR inferred some things...we will see.
