I believe and do understand the science from a conceptual perspective. What I don't understand is the share price and why this company runs the ATM at these low prices, while issuing more preferred at 10.5%.

No more comments for a week as I will wait until next Monday's CC before giving my opinion.

BUT but but...... wait Porkchop- by the time Bavi gets approved won't there already be a half dozen Bavi's already on the market???? .....making PPHM more dead in the water than it already is....at least that is what my "informant" is telling me today!!
