I think your idea is on the right track. Assuming what we're reading here is true, the starts are certainly aligning for a potential merger.

Last year, I called Patel and pointed out they were being featured on OTCMarkets representing TLFX. I have done this before with other pinks only to find the law firm feature was removed shortly after. The message taker did not say yes or no but jotted down the info and said she would forward. If Patel knows they are being featured but are NOT representing Telefix, I assume they would have told Mezaun to remove them from OTCmarkets. This was many months ago so I believe Patel is still on board.
