I've been wondering that for over a year now.

EFLN had a CE not to long ago and before that it was halted due to past management's actions.

Those don't help.
I think EFLN will have it's day & once it breaks out of the trips and low .00's I doubt it will look back. It just needs some exposure and new investors.
