Worst thing about today's PR was no news about refinery and to rub salt into the wound they basically said don't bug the TA for the dividends. Plus if the name change, ticker, etc.. were close to being done why in the world would they waste their money on a PR that says the same thing they have been saying for months? Sounds like more fluff to try to keep interest up with the big awareness campaign that is supposedly going on.
