So true. You'd figure by now, 2013, we would have better water management in place. We sure as hell have paid for it in our taxes, but those funds go to buy votes on a local level.
New Orleans had been paid many times over to have allowed those levies to break as they did.
Here in BHM, $3.5BB lost in the name of water management.
But hey! So long as some snail has a home, people can whither away.
