Has everything to do with Treaty. Bruce Gwyn used 2 of his funds he created and managed to buy Treaty stock without the funds investors knowledge of him doing so. Then Treaty likely as a part of the deal appoints him President of Treaty. Seems to be some conflict of interest there... And Fraud.

The outcome of that fraud and he got of easy. The DOJ should have filed charges, may be they still will.
