I agree deals, I can't see Oing letting this drag out for much longer. Depositions did not occur and you have to wonder why. My guess is that Pfizer did not want to put their employees before the court. Oing ordered these and he would of wanted a pretty good reason why they did not occur, only reason I can think of is discussion re settlement.
