The Teva interest is still new to me but it keeps getting mentioned from different members. Do some really own this just for a potential Teva buyout?
The company gave the impression at their presentation that there is more than one interested party.
If Cytodyn's current trial gets the nod from the FDA while repeating successful results seen before they shouldn't have much trouble finding either a new owner or a partner who will take an ownership stake in exchange for support. If Teva is violating some of the IP that provides them an incentive.
