The monthly fee of 20K goes up 5% every year...contract is for 3 years (starting today). In the event of a merger/buyout, I think it's that month's pay plus a lump sum for the next six months and then the contract terminates.
Total Contract will be $756,600 over the 3 years (includes increases). Somethin tells me it won't be going that far out
