I believe sooner than later...end of month hopefully . Imo they are working on the closing... just finishing dd etc for them . Great news for longs here. Multiple acquisitions of mj companies to compliment the GReen CArd . Green energy tv. Apps . Etc ..will add much value and revenue to the company. Oohh don't forget debt reduction !!! Cleaning out the bs from the balance sheet.
FFFC just getting started here IMO...
