I took profits few different times, that big day in october right after i averaged down a lot, after the pref c announcement.

The first announcement of the Series C "gift distribution" was on 2/28/14 with a record date of 3/14/14, which was apparently rescinded without explanation in favor of a new record date of 4/15/14.

Below is the only official PR issued directly by PVEC announcing the Series C "gift distribution." The record date was announced as 3/14/14:

PVEC later scheduled a PR to be announced by FINRA only on OTC Markets announcing a record date of 4/15/14 and a pay date of 4/23/14:

There was no announcement regarding the Series C shares in October.

I'll give em the benefit of the doubt and give it until quarterly releases and see if anything comes from pveinternationalinc.com

The next report due is for FYE 6/30/13, which is not due until 10/30/14.
