APRU Owes $5,000,000.00 +20% to LVVV is a Better way to state it possibly. Either way you want to look at it with APRU It owes Livewire and LVVV holds ALL the Cards here

Twitter thats a whole diff subject... like a half a dozen posts in the last 6 months...Awesome....

Super Preferred = 5 Million Dollar Extra Debt to LVVV That has AWESOME extra benefits basically... Not only that it is Convertible at 20% below whatever the stock is at in Previous 10 Trading days.. SO LVVV Would be able to Convert even more at around .00017 or so SO likely more like 16 Billion to 19 Billion new shares that can be issued now about Twice the Generous numbers In APRU's Favor I was using... It could get to where these shares are worth as much as ALL the Outstanding in the Company combined... At this time its even a higher conversion rate... and going up... I guess Bill was smart NOT to cash them in so soon now they are worth almost Double as much.

APRU is a Majority owned entity now and shares will be used to lower costs and forward the interests of the company that all the management owns... LVVV... None of the management at LVVV or APRU owns any APRU shares there is likely many good reasons for that...

There is reasons that companies have Poison pills and CEO contracts and Preferred shared to protect shareholders from Corporate raiders and being bought out etc. LVVV has many of the Insurances in place for Bill and Brad that insures no buyouts etc.. APRU had NONE of this and had been torn apart already by the CEO and he just handed over the keys and signed the title over to LVVV Now that its getting cleaned up..

In the end this is a shell that is Owned Possibilities are here Mostly for LVVV leaving some room for APRU but they are on a VERY Short leash from the parent company.

Now its a waiting game as the market realizes just how much stock was issued and just how much APRU was devalued. We are talking about 700% more stock issued at 000026... That places APRU Well below .0001 on Value and it can go there with no problems for LVVV being invested so much below market.
