PhytaLAB is already generating revenue from MMJ testing and consultation fees in Washington, and has been since 2011 when it opened. They are not currently certified for I-502, although they should be in the near future. Considering (as of today, which is Sunday) only one dispensary will be opening on the 8th, it's not like the lab will lose a tremendous amount of business before being licensed. My understanding is that PhytaLAB will receive its testing license under I-502 well before the majority of the retail dispensaries are even open to sell product.

I'm a little confused about the Washington stuff. We are licence to sell their and do quality testing as well?
