Obviously false, the filings prove ZERO sales.

testing the waters with sales of CHILLO-energy and C_Swiss Ice Tea

Just like the endlessly repetitive (and false) claims of BBQ Chicken sales or of Texas Vodka sales, it's just a bunch of nonsense. I don't think Jerry ever claimed to have actually sold any of his Fish Hotdogs however - even THAT lie is too ridiculous for Jerry.

The filings also prove Jerry has no cash on hand, and no assets.

Interesting to see Jerry's plans don't seem to include Chillo anymore, but that's not very clear is it? How exactly is he developing his own stuff with out any cash?

Has Tom actually ever DONE anything? Based on the fabricated laundry list of places he's claimed to have worked, it doesn't look like he stayed anywhere longer than 6 months.

This is such transparent BS it's laughable. The lies from RTXB just keep getting worse and worse.

Name one successful start-up drink ex-footballer Tom has been behind. It looks more like his jobs have involved selling established drinks and he didn't stay very long in those positions.

Jerry's own resume is hardly reassuring that he would recognise a good CEO when he sees one.

Tom's experience of taking a product from concept to store shelves is just what Jerry was looking for in a CEO.
