Word is A/S reduction coming and much more products as well, in the early stages, great time to get in IMHO...also rumors of a JV with Gerber coming, which would be awesome!
Well this is a reverse merger by a private pharma company. There is not a lot of DD out there on this because this is basically an IPO. What is out there to look at so far looks great in the short-term and outstanding in the long-term. The CEO has been a very driven straight shooter so far and stood by everything he's put out. My only question for him would be why did he buy a shell company with a large outstanding debt just to go public, I'm sure he could have found one with less baggage.
