LOL!! Porrata's toy airplane company is the gold standard for a Maddox "acquisition". The next one won't be any better.
It will be "bought for stock" or some property will be "bought for stock" flooding the market with new shares.
In the end, Maddox will repo the shell again, and do it all over. Unless, of course, this one falls flat out of the gate. Quite likely - the shell sucks.
