A blanket statement informing the readers that the article was not accurate is sufficient. Anything beyond that is for the courts.

SA may have won the big "PT vs NNVC" battle but they also lost a little. Each time SA gets embroiled in these stunts they tend a smell little worse and become less of a trusted source.

Any attempt to promote the judges ruling on speech as a validation of the article's content is laughably foolish.
