Facing 52 week lows here at $.01 sometimes dipping below, under the new rules to maintain OTCBB status a RS could be necessary, all the more if drill is not successful. Hoping they succeed here, but not for the faint of heart. Drill location, lease, options on lease, etc., all look very interesting to me. We shall see what they actually do here...
