still doesnt make any sense...so as an investor, how is it possible that i can find that information but lambrecht and mills who run multi-million dollar companies cant afford to have the best personnel to investigate and find the same information that would tell them to stay away from this partnership...? your not making any sense. not only that but your saying that although they have had extreme success in the payment industry and they have steady consistent cash flow in the millions, they "all of a sudden" want to become fraudsters too? that doesnt make sense, why have a successful business and then turn into a fraudster. my main focal point is that if there was anything wrong with neubauer, it would have been found out during the due diligence period. neubauer has made mistakes that has had a previous stock suspended due to inexperience with the market and dealing with company stock, your right and im pretty sure lambrecht and mills know that as well, which is also why they are even more willing to show neubauer how to properly run a start up company as well as the stock, thus the 3 way venture. these men wouldnt waste their time if neubauer wasnt the real deal or if he wasnt on to something that could also make millions or even more. ADCS is a gem just waiting to explode, patience is key here until all the pieces fall in place. GO ADCS.
