I don't think it will have to fill the gap(if it gaps) but, I would just look at it as an opportunity to buy more!

Thanks for your assessment, and I agree...but my question is more academic than practical, so if any trader has any experience with bi-country trading as it relates to arbitrage or gapping, I am still looking for an answer.
