Maybe the said consultants already got their money. All agreements were signed 7/1/2014. If you look on 7/1, the stock Opened @ .27, High=.29, Low = .24, and Close = .25 On 7/2 the stock Opened @ .26, High=.26,Low = .17, and Close = .18 If this is true, then they can do reverse split anytime they want
