Ok I have some questions #1 Did NEWL do this because they will be delisted to OTC and he said fuck it .29 is better then nothing. #2 Did NEWL do this because they want to buy back there own shares at .14 and make double the money. #3 Did NEWL do this because Nasdaq said no more RS to fuck us shareholders. I'm more confused and concerned now after that then the pps dropping. Someone that is more educated then me help me understand. .
Could be Investment or nasdaq extension. These are top guns from NY.
Don't think they would accept shares of a delisting company where they can't even sell rightaway. like it.
