Suction and lavage I believe are built into the arms. I might be wrong in this. I can't remember if Fowler told me that or it came from somebody else.

The CO2 system is built into the system. The stapler they have is the Mayo stapler, which they licensed over.

As for #2- envision using snake arms to get around angles/corners and to be able to self retract- ie., like using your elbow and head to hold up car hood to free up your hands (sorry for bad analogy); in my world, i could envision it for a large fibroid uterus where i need to secure blood supply to uterine arteries an use arms to help retract a fibroid(pedunculated) or an ovarian cyst/mass in the way of my surgical field.

As for #3- I wouldn't think 2 sports would be useful especially when making a 2-2.5 cm incision for the port site- defeats cosmesis issues especially when placing incision in umbilicus to hide incision. Compare to da Vinci where we make 8mm incisions
