Of course that is part of it. However, besides Stanford U, TR seems to be the public play in CD47. Proof of concept appears to be established. Also, looks like the potential for several targets exist as well.

Also, I'm still concerned about potential immunogenicity...

Not sure what you mean here as producing immune response is exactly what IO is....is it not?
